At Nakshatra, we strive to ensure that every customer receives jewelry that meets our quality standards and expectations. Each product is carefully inspected before shipping. However, in rare cases where an issue occurs, we offer a limited return and refund policy under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following situations:
The product delivered is damaged during shipping
The customer receives an incorrect item that does not match the order placed
We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, dislike of design, or incorrect selection made by the customer while placing the order.
Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, boxes, or accessories provided.
The product must not show signs of wear, tampering, or misuse.
Nakshatra reserves the right to reject return requests if the product does not meet the above conditions.
Return Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
Our team will provide instructions for the return process.
The product must be shipped back to the address provided by our team.
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it meets the return eligibility criteria.
Refunds & Replacements
If the return is approved after inspection:
Customers may receive either a replacement product or a refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during purchase.
Processing time may take 5–7 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Important Notes
Returns will not be accepted without a valid reason that meets the conditions stated in this policy.
Products that are damaged due to improper handling after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
Nakshatra reserves the right to make the final decision regarding return eligibility after inspecting the product.
